Third-party services that process data on behalf of dFlo.ai in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum (DPA).
All sub-processors are bound by data protection obligations no less protective than our DPA
Each sub-processor maintains industry-standard security measures and compliance certifications
Data transfers are conducted under lawful mechanisms including SCCs and adequacy decisions
Notice Period: We provide 15 days' notice before adding new sub-processors. Customers may object on reasonable grounds.
Data Protection: Each sub-processor is contractually bound to provide the same level of data protection as dFlo.ai.
Liability: dFlo.ai remains fully liable for the acts and omissions of our sub-processors.
