Andi Taufiq is an accomplished entrepreneur and CEO with 27 years of experience in HR Tech IT software and development. His vision for dFlo.ai stems from recognizing the need for enterprises to have autonomous, secure, and scalable AI solutions.

With a proven track record of building successful technology companies, Andi co-founded Vincere.io, a SaaS CRM platform for the recruitment industry developed in Vietnam. The company achieved a 9-digit USD valuation with acquisition by The Access Group UK (the largest private IT company in the UK) in 2021 after a decade of execution before its successful exit in 2025.

Andi holds a Bachelor's degree from Ohio State University (USA) and a Master's in Computer Science from Waseda University (Japan). Originally from Indonesia, he is tri-lingual, speaking Bahasa Indonesia, English, and Japanese fluently. He is currently based at 20 Collyer Quay, #09-01, Singapore (049319).
